You accept the following terms by using this website to place an order. These are offered to make sure that everyone is aware of and in agreement with this arrangement, which is meant to safeguard both parties and set expectations for our service.

Cop Underdog ships all orders from our registered office in Bangalore, India. You will receive a confirmation email from Cop Underdog as soon as your order is placed. Orders are shipped from our warehouse and, for standard orders, will arrive at your address in 5-7 days; for orders that have opted for express delivery, it will take 1-2 days.  You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped, which you can use to follow your order on the website of the courier company. The client has to provide a complete, legal address as well as their contact information. Cop Underdog cannot and will not be held liable for freight losses brought on by inaccurate address information. Our delivery partners will deliver during the week, Monday through Friday. With the exception of national holidays, when it is closed, our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If the consumer is unable to accept the package the first time, all deliveries will be tried twice. If the buyer doesn't get the order after two attempts at delivery, the order is returned to Cop Underdog, and additional costs will apply for further shipping. In such circumstances, please email us at copunderdog@gmail.com.The courier service transporting your package is liable for any delays or extra time it takes to arrive. In the event of a delay, CopUnderdog will make every effort to expedite delivery; however, once the item has been shipped from our end, we will not and cannot be held responsible for delays.If you receive a package that is damaged while in transit, please email us at copunderdog@gmail.com. The support staff at CopUnderdog will collaborate with you to find a solution to the problem.We try to maintain accurate stock counts. However, in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the product you selected, a different size ( subject to availability), a different product of the same or greater value or store credit of the billed amount.

International Shipping:

Cop Underdog ships all of their streetwear and sneakers internationally. Please email us at copunderdog@gmail.com or send us a message on our Instagram account, @copunderdogstore, to request international delivery.The buyer bears the responsibility for any additional duties or taxes imposed by the government or courier company, as customs and duties collection varies across countries and cannot be predicted.
