RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SNEAKERS

Returns are accepted for damaged products or if a different size as compared to your ordered size has been delivered. The return request will be scrutinized, and if approved, the customer must ship the pair in the same condition with tags attached. After a detailed examination, a 100% refund in the form of store credit will be issued, valid for 1 year.We do require a clear and uncut unboxing video to be able to process your returns.We do not entertain cancellations at CopUnderdog.

Cop Underdog collaborates with a range of designers, each with different lead times. Size exchanges and returns depend on the designer; refer to the designer-specific terms on their page and our detailed policy.
If you receive a faulty product, email copunderdog@gmail.comwith images and an unboxing video within 2 days of receiving the product. Legitimate complaints will be appropriately addressed.
